This packages is meant to get your home more on track
Pricing is based off of single-family track-style homes. Over starting will be for several over grown parcels of equal sizes or larger properties of half acre or more.
Tropical Plaza Nursery Inc (TPN) is providing landscape maintenance labor to trim and detail around your property.
Labor consists of up-to 3-person-crew for up-to 4 hours.
Irrigation technician will cycle through your irrigation system and report and changes, extra charge for replacing irrigation lines or fixtures, adjustments include up to 10 nozzles.
TPN will utilize owners green waste bins to capacity and haul the rest of the debris.Limit to 6 yards of organic waste.
TPN will bring and place 1 yard of mulch (approximately 100sf), Highlighting focal points and/or entrances – Additional Mulch $65 per yard.
No tree trimming over 10ft included.
